Who we are

BeamIQ is a product of Tactiq BV, an agentic AI and Salesforce consultancy established in Belgium. Our registered office is Kempische Steenweg 303/34, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium, and our company and VAT number is BE 1024.914.767.

Tactiq BV is the data controller for the personal data this notice describes. Write to security@tactiqagency.com about any of it. We acknowledge every request within three business days.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the personal data we handle when you visit beamiq.eu or ask us for a demo. It does not cover data that BeamIQ processes for a customer once the product is in use. For that data, the customer decides what is processed and why, and we act on its behalf under a data processing agreement.

When you visit this website

This site runs on WordPress.com, operated by Automattic. Like any web host, WordPress.com records the requests it serves, including your IP address, the page, the time and your browser. It uses those records to deliver the site, keep it available and protect it against abuse. For this we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The platform also gives us aggregated visitor statistics, on the same legal basis. We use no advertising networks, no conversion pixels, no social media tracking and no cross-site profiling. The fonts on this site are served from our own host, not from a third party.

Cookies

Reading this site does not set any advertising, profiling or tracking cookies. WordPress sets session cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

When you ask for a demo

The demo form asks for your name, your work email address, your company and, if you like, a message. The form sends this to our sales mailbox and keeps a copy on the website, where our team can read it.

Before it reaches us, each submission passes through Akismet, the spam filter of our website platform. Akismet checks the message, your IP address and your browser details to tell a real request from automated spam. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use what you send to arrange and give the demo and, if you want to go further, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where no contract follows, our legitimate interest in following up an enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We delete demo requests and the related emails 24 months after our last contact with you. If they become part of a customer relationship, we keep them for 10 years after that relationship ends.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with the parties below. Automattic and Microsoft act on our instructions under a written data processing agreement. Advisers and authorities do not.

• Automattic, which hosts this site through WordPress.com and provides its statistics, the demo form (Jetpack) and spam filtering (Akismet).
• Microsoft, whose Microsoft 365 services carry our email.
• Professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and public authorities where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EEA

We contract with the Irish companies of Automattic (Aut O'Mattic A8C Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). Both belong to groups based in the United States, so your data may be accessed from or transferred to the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in our data processing agreements with them. Ask us and we will tell you the position for a specific provider.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict our use of it, to receive it in a portable form where that applies, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

To use any of these rights, write to security@tactiqagency.com. We answer within one month and may need to confirm who you are first.

Complaints

Please raise any concern with us first. You also have the right to complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Changes to this notice

We review this notice at least once a year, and whenever we change what we process, why we process it or who helps us process it. The date at the top shows the current version.
